Payment

All products remain pakovska’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from pakovska.

All transfers conducted through pakovska are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption via Paypal.

Pakovska doesn’t charge any VAT as it’s part of a French regime that is immune to VAT and carries a 0% VAT scheme. All prices mentioned in the shop are therefore including VAT (0%).

Shipping and returns

Items will be shipped twice a week on Monday and Thursday. Please contact Pakovska if you need the product sooner. Single items are shipped priority. Combined shipping isn’t always priority shipped, to keep the price as low as possible. Shipping is calculated based on weight. On the items page, you can find how heavy an item is. This weight is the sum of the item and packaging.

Pakovska will do everything to make sure that the items are in good condition and shipped properly. Do contact pakovska if something goes wrong with the shipping or the item doesn’t arrive properly. Big orders are shipped with delivery tracking number.

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Additional Information

Pakovska reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, pakovska has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Pakovska shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
