On Sunday we visited the Jardin des Plantes in Grenoble. It’s an open park in the centre of the city with a small botanical greenhouse attached. It’s part of the local natural history museum. I’ll write a bit about that later on, but first I wanted to show you this amazing upcycling installation that was set up in the park.
When I first saw it, I felt like the little boy below.
It was not only the beauty or colours or size [it was huge] that struck me. The fact that everything was made from junk made it even stronger. I think I will make a few of these as scare crows in our veggie garden.
Enjoy your Monday! I know some of you hate Mondays, but there is probably something positive about Mondays as well, like there clearly is something very positive about ugly plastic bottles: you can make beautiful flowers with them!
